The Fulcrum Interchange: An outreach program that provides a safe and neutral environment for supervised visitation and/or exchange of children between custodial and non-custodial parents. Classes Offered: Anger Management – Participant will learn anger management skills that facilitate more responsible decision- making, and can lead to improved communication and better relationships.
