RSN Funded Services • CLIP Advocate services for youth other than at Tamarack, including Case Management
during CLIP and for 45 days after discharge • Day Treatment for 12+ years of age for up to 120 days

General Services Provided • CLIP Residential Treatment per screening of local CLIP Committee to State CLIP
for entry decision • CLIP Advocate includes case management treatment staff and discharge planning with CLIP
facility community support team

Day Treatment includes individualized treatment hours, individual session, family therapy (if appropriate), case
management, Groups, Education Services - in coordination with the RSN PCP referral source
